Srinagar, June 15(KNO): Young BJP leader and Member Hajj Committee of India (HCoI) Er Aijaz Hussain flagged off the last Haj flight from Luckhnow today and reviewed overall Haj preparations and flight operations.
As per news agency--Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Er Aijaz reached Luckhnow to oversee the last flight operations for the Hajj 2022. He is the incharge Lukchnow Embankment point and Srinagar Embankment points. Er interacted with the last batch of Hajis at Lucknow and sought their blessings on the occasion. He inquired if any difficulties faced by the Hajis while proceeding for the Haj journey.
Er Aijaz expressed his gratitude to the arrangements put in place by the Haj Committee of Lucknow and hailed the efforts of CEO Haj Committee Luckhnow for ensuring quality facilities for the Hajis. He also appreciated the efforts of Haj officials of Luckhnow for being friendly with the Haji’s who left for the holy pilgrimage. Speaking on the occasion, Er Aijaz said that this year Haj 2022 will be conducted in a very smooth manner. Er Aijaz has been overseeing Haj facilities in Srinagar and Lucknow since June 5.
He took a series of steps to ensure quality arrangements at Haj house Srinagar and also directed the SBI to install exchange counters. This year over 7000 Hajis will perform Haj from J&K while 83000 pilgrims will perform Haj 2022 from India--(KNO)
